App to facilitate the education and MS disease management of patients through provision of relevant medical information, useful resources (links to patients association groups, emergency contacts, etc) and disease management (calendar of important medical events, patient symptoms journal and medical appointment reminders) .
This initiative consists of two apps: one for the patient (as described above) and one for the disease management nurses, which will provide them a report of upcoming events and patient symptoms to help them in the follow up and telemonitoring of patients
